During SoulKids , the children are given the opportunity to grow by doing things they do not normally do....they relish the experience to "Step outside their comfort Zone"

Maybe we should do a class for ADULTS...how many of us try new things daily? Or do we stick to the safe/known/routines of life.....

Soulkids was a great experience and an opportunity for me to learn to control my mind, my feelings and my emotions. I used to be a bit hot tempered and a bit soft in the mind. I used to get picked upon often and I used to be a bit afraid of bullies. during soulkids, i learnt to strengthen my mind and to always face my fears. I also realized that everyone is special in their own way. Through all the lessons learnt at Soulkids, I have become a more self aware and self confident person. i am conscious that my words affect people and my thoughts affect me. I am grateful to Vikas & Sally for teaching me on how to live a positive life.
