SoulKids® Mentor
Training is beneficial for all parents, teachers, coaches, anyone interested in
their own self-development, or anyone wishing to benefit their children and
families. It is a personal development
course designed to create inspirational mentors!
Earlier
this year a group of 18 people from all over the globe came together to enjoy
the SoulKids® Mentor training. The training was conducted by
Vikas Malkani, the Creator of SoulKids® a
best-selling author of life-skills and reputed teacher of personal
development.
Patti was one of those who successfully
completed the training and is now a fully qualified SoulKids® Mentor! She talks here about her experience:
As a mother to two young
daughters, I had been looking for a way to help support them as they navigate
through life. When I found SoulCentre and learned about SoulKids I knew
that I was headed in the right direction. I came to a "free talk"
with Vikas Malkani and felt an immediate connection. During the hour talk
I felt a transformation already begin to take place. I was where I was
meant to be so I signed up for the Mentor Training.
SoulKids Mentor Training has
truly changed my life. I have gone from thinking I was doing okay as I
was positive "most" of the time to realizing that I can be positive
all of the time. I had fallen victim to feeding my "negative
dog" all too often. This was not only bringing me down but was
impacting my relationship with my husband as well as my children.
The life lessons that Vikas
taught us are quite simple, they just need to be applied. One of the
biggest take aways for me was that once I change my mindset, the rest will
follow and my life will change for the better. From Day 1 the changes
started to take place. I now think differently, I feel differently and I
act differently than I did before. My family noticed the changes and they
feel inspired to make changes too. It is contagious!
As soon as my training was
complete I went straight into a SoulKids Workshop. This was fantastic
because it allowed me to immediately see the benefits that these lessons have
on children. I felt so honoured to have the opportunity to work with
these children and to see the transformations take place. It was so
empowering. Witnessing what I did made me recognize how vital these
lessons are for children everywhere, not just my children. My passion in
life has always been helping others. Now I see an opportunity to help
others lead a happy and healthy life through being a part of SoulKids.
I cannot wait for my girls to
attend SoulKids and I so look forward to working with more children in future
workshops.
