SoulKids®
was created by Vikas Malkani, who is an international best-selling author and
mentor on life-skills. SoulKids®
is unique in that it teaches children the life-skills that are necessary for
happiness and success in life. The aim
of the SoulKids® program is to raise the children’s level of self-esteem and
strengthen their self-belief.
All of this is achieved through the use of stories,
games, role-play and teamwork that is fun whilst actively engaging the children
in learning.
Children who attend the programs often draw us
pictures which illustrate what they have learned from the stories.

This lovely picture by William illustrates the story
of the Fear Giant (from the SoulKids Book of Self-Confidence, Book 1). The lessons that the children learn from this
story are that everyone feels fear, it is a normal human reaction. But the children learn that to address fear
you must walk towards it, not run away from it.
Fear has no power over you except the power that you give it. A valuable lesson for all us, children and
adults alike!
